Gramixy (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a web app that helps users create and publish product posts to their own Instagram account after connecting via Meta/Facebook authorization.

• Account data: email and password (stored securely as a hashed password).
• Content you submit: product name, image URL, caption.
• Instagram connection data: Instagram user/page IDs and access tokens provided by Meta during authorization (required for publishing).
• Basic logs: security and troubleshooting logs (e.g., request errors).

How we use information

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To publish content to Instagram at your request.
• To improve reliability and prevent abuse.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Meta/Instagram APIs as needed to publish content and operate the service.

Data retention

We retain account and post data until you delete your account or request deletion. Tokens are stored to keep your Instagram connection working; you can disconnect anytime.

Security

We use reasonable security measures such as password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

• You can log out anytime.
• You can request deletion of your account and data.
